We make and sell from our Sheffield Manufacturing and Distribution Facility. We
provide product information,
customer support, technical service, and samples
from our manufacturing

What is the average lead time for your panels?
In general, the lead time for manufacturing is 2-4
weeks for most panel systems.
However, actual lead time will vary depending upon
the size of the order, the
presence of custom colours or special materials, ship
to location, etc. The panels are shrink wrapped onto pallets and delivered to your specified location.

What are the standard sizes available for your
panels?
Most of our panel systems are available in
standard sizes: We supply your requested sizes pre-cut for immediate use on site. Standard edge thickness is 24mm or 28mm to suit standard glazing rebates. However, any thickness is available in increments of 1mm. Availability of
certain sizes will depend upon the
composition of the panel (i.e. some components may
limit the availability of
larger sizes).
What Thermal U Value does Styroglaze provide?
The Thermal U Value that Styroglaze achieves depends upon the overall thickness of the panels. Here are some standard thickness and U values.
- 24mm Thick = 1.01 U Value
- 28mm Thick = 0.88 U Value
- 57mm Thick = 0.45 U value
- 74mm Thick = 0.35 U Value
- 86mm Thick = 0.30 U Value
- 104mm Thick = 0.25 U Value

What types of sealant may be
used with your panels?
Styroglaze should be treated as you would glass.

Do you have approved fabricators and/or
installers?
Yes. We can make recommedations upon request.
Can I hang radiators on your panels?
Yes. By introducing a second layer of 9mm WBP Plywood behind the panels external face (see details) this will provide a suitable substrate for fixing radiator brackets.
